Class Desciption
Core Yoga: An energising and unorthodox class combining core-strengthening exercises with traditional yoga techniques. Suitable for all levels,
and particularly beginners. Perfect prelude to a more dynamic yoga practice such as Ashtanga. Be prepared for plenty of fun and buckets of sweat.
Ashtanga Based Vinyasa: Built on the Ashtanga Primary Series, this class is energising and designed to draw on the multi-faceted benefits of Ahstanga
Yoga from a vinyasa perspective. It's dynamic and mind calming at the same time, and appeals to those who find being still challenging.
Restorative Yoga: A soothing class aimed at restoring and re-balancing the body. An anti-thesis to the dynamic and energising classes, this
class is cooling and will leave you with a relaxed body and calm mind.
Ashtanga Half Primary Series: An Introduction to the highly
effective, but vigorous, form of hatha yoga practice. In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of the Ashtanga Primary Series, and prepares you for venturing into the full Primary Series
practice.
